The whole beach has a total of 6.3 miles from Old Town to South 1A, and it even extends into the other side of Mustang Island. Because of the lovely sandy beach, the area attracts opportunities, residents, and visitors. It is a famous site for swimming, camping, fishing, and surfing.

South 1A is a gorgeous and preserved area that means fewer commercial establishments than other communities in the city. It might be an issue for residents who prefer constant entertainment and leisure by visiting various shops and sites. If you would be more comfortable in a community filled with commercial areas, other Port Aransas neighborhoods might work better.
